“Thanks Elliott for fighting for the truth - especially when I was dealing with a serious medical issue and was unable to fight the false charges alone."

Pat

"I found myself being accused of some outlandish accusations. I knew I needed an attorney ASAP. I needed an attorney that could practice in state and tribal courts. Elliott was amazing! I had plenty of documentation that proved the accusations were bogus, I was battling corruption as well. Elliott was able to get things handled in a timely and effective manner. I know the entities are still recovering from the truth. Still optimistic that my case can overturn some serious wrongs if we ever get the resources to take it to Supreme Court. Elliott was willing to work with me on all the details and will always be grateful for his services! If I ever find myself in need of an attorney, he’s where I will go first!"

What Makes Attorney Elliott Dugger Uniquely Qualified To Represent You?

Elliott draws from a wealth of experience to successfully represent clients in solving their legal problems. Before obtaining his law degree from the University of Montana, Elliott began his career as a mental health professional in the private hospital setting. He then moved into the public school arena where he served as a special education teacher and administrator.

After 20 years serving public school students, Elliott branched out to offer his services in diverse areas in which he saw a need, including:

  • Neutral mediation
  • Special education advocacy (he holds a certificate from William & Mary Law School for training at the Institute of Special Education Advocacy)
  • Educational Consulting
  • Tutoring high school and college students in statistics and English

In these pursuits, Elliott realized the power of leadership and advocacy. His passion for looking out for the rights of others, leveling the playing field for those who are underprivileged or disabled and serving minorities led him to pursue a career in the law. “If you are an advocate long enough, you realize there are some walls that you can’t climb over unless you have that golden ticket, the keys to the kingdom some law professors say, because you can actually get some respect in a court of law,” said Dugger. “For the life-long advocate, the capstone is becoming an attorney. I just thought it made sense to do that.” (Bourne, Andi. seeleylake.com. Seeley Swan Pathfinder, 7 December 2017, www.seeleylake.com/story /2017/12/07/news/bringing-access-and-affordability-to-the-law/2984.html. Accessed 30 December 2017.)

In conjunction with his UM law degree, Elliott earned an American Indian Law certificate. His formal training other than law school includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s degree in Behavior Disorders, Educational Specialist degree in Special Education Administration and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership.

Elliott’s goal for all of his clients is to serve as a problem solver, obtaining the easiest, most cost effective, advantageous outcome. Elliott hates a bully. He knows that bullies come in all shapes and sizes. They may be individuals, institutions, corporations, or even government agencies. Elliott will use every ethical and legal means to stop a bully in its tracks. Let him put his experience and formidable skills to work for you.
